Agreement to Terms

By engaging FineEvents for event planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

FineEvents provides comprehensive event planning and management services including but not limited to:

  • Wedding planning and coordination
  • Corporate event management
  • Private celebration planning
  • Catering services
  • Stage decoration and design
  • Photography and videography coordination
  • Luxury car rental arrangements

Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and initial deposit.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your event date.

Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is typically due 14 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional Costs: Any additional services or changes requested after the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

By Client:

  • More than 90 days before event: Deposit forfeited
  • 60-90 days before event: 50% of total cost due
  • 30-60 days before event: 75% of total cost due
  • Less than 30 days before event: 100% of total cost due

By FineEvents: In the rare event that we must cancel, we will provide a full refund of all payments made and assist in finding alternative arrangements.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for event planning
  • Make timely decisions and approvals as required
  • Ensure venue access and permissions are arranged
  • Inform us of any changes to guest count at least 14 days in advance
  • Comply with venue rules and regulations

Limitation of Liability

FineEvents shall not be liable for any damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, venue cancellations, or vendor failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials created by FineEvents remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Photographs and videos of events may be used in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

Vendor Relationships

While we coordinate with third-party vendors on your behalf, we are not responsible for their performance, quality of goods, or services. Each vendor operates under their own terms and conditions.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
